This site is about about St Albans High School in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia from its beginning in 1956 to 1990 when it became St Albans Secondary College. Nick Szwed is the creator and manager of this site. Joe Ribarow has researched the history of St Albans and the High School and published many books and articles. He also interviewed many people who lived and worked in the area and written the stories that appear on this website.

Nick and Joe started collecting and assembling the photos and documents on this site prior to the High School’s 50th anniversary in 2006 and continue to this day. If you wish to contribue something, please contact us via the form below.
